Buster Howard was born to Lawrence and Stella Berhoff Howard on Dec. 28, 1926, at Stites.

In 1954 Buster moved his young family to the Lewiston Orchards where he lived the remainder of his life. He worked for Potlatch Forest Inc. for over 30 years.

Buster died on Monday, Sept. 25, 2023.

He is survived by his loving wife of 76 years, Roberta; sons Terry (Christine), Bruce (Pamela), Dan (Louise), Gregory (Kandi) and daughter Tonda, along with many grand, great-grand and great-great-grandkids.

Buster was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and shared the Bible’s promise of life in a paradise Earth with no sickness or death, to many individuals.

The memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 7, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 901 Frost Lane, in Clarkston.
