On the morning of Monday, Feb. 13, 2017, Ted passed peacefully at home with his three daughters by his side. He was 76.
Ted was born to Helen Steensma and George Groseclose on March 27, 1940, in Juliaetta. He attended and graduated from school in Lapwai. Ted was owner/operator of Ted's Arco in Juliaetta and was self-employed as a refrigeration technician - known as "Ice Cube."
On March 19, 1965, Ted married Linda Holt of Kendrick. She preceded him in death on Nov. 17, 2005.
He is survived by his three daughters, Brenda Little, Connie (John) Hedler and Lucinda (Boyd) Hites; grandsons Shaun Little, Lance and Mitchell Hedler, Devon Tell and Nicholas Hites; great-granddaughters Sadie Grace, Bailey and Raegan Hedler, Tristan and Alecia Little; his sister, Phyllis Feught; brothers Don and Richard Groseclose. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Linda; brothers Ben and James; sisters Georgie, Virgie and Barbara Kay; and granddaughter Chantell Little.
A celebration of life and covered-dish dinner will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Grange Hall in Kendrick. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Kendrick War Memorial Pool Fund or J-K Ambulance Fund.
