Our beautiful beloved mother the Rev. Beulah (Pauline) Stickler went to be with Jesus on May 17, 2014, at Prestige Orchards Care Center.
Mom left a legacy of memories. Pauline was born March 3, 1922, in Springfield, Mo. She accepted Jesus as her Savior when she was very young and served him her whole life. Everyone who knew her loved her, and she loved everyone. Mom never had a bad word to say about anyone. She had so much love in her heart and passed it on to everyone.
Beulah Pauline Hammond and Charles (Willie) Stickler were married Feb. 21, 1942. They had five children, Charles Stickler of Lewiston, Laney Ray Stickler (passed away), Sherri Cafaro of Lewiston, Kerry Stickler of Portland, Ore., and Starla Stearns of Clarkston. In addition, she had 17 grandchildren and multiple great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Mom was a pastor, evangelist, homemaker, pianist and most of all mother and grandmother. Mom and dad were ministers and went around the world ministering and singing "God's Love" to all who would listen. They went to prisons, churches, anywhere that they could preach the Gospel.
Pauline sang and played the piano. She loved spending time with her family, which was her world, especially her puppies, Chico and Chica. She loved camping, shopping, singing and traveling with her family. She was blessed with many friends and family and will be deeply missed by all.
There will be a celebration of her life at 3 p.m. Saturday at New Bridges Community Church, 2102 Eighth St., Lewiston.
