
Rogene L. Moser, 87, passed into the Lord’s hands at her Lewiston home Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2022, holding her husband’s hand.
She was born Nov. 18, 1934, in Julesburg, Colo., to Loraine Talbot and Lloyd Talbot. She graduated from high school in 1951 at the age of 16. They moved to Fairbanks, Alaska, that same year. She and Staff Sgt. Wallace Moser were married Jan. 20, 1952, at LADD Airforce Base.
Over the years, they lived in many places, including six months in England. Together, she and Wallace had five children, Sundii, Ronald, Donna, Lisa and Brad, and 10 grandchildren. After their children were born, Rogene went back to school and graduated with honors with her nursing degree from Lower Columbia College. She worked as a registered nurse at Grays Harbor Community Hospital for 31 years and retired in 2009. They moved from Montesano, Wash., to Lewiston, in 2022.
Rogene’s burial will be at the Bovill Cemetery at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 5.
Malcom’s Brower-Wann Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
