Caskets

Malcom's Brower-Wann Funeral Home maintains an inventory of the normal items one associates with planning a funeral service, and then some.
We have attempted to make planning as convenient as possible for the family
by offering a wide range of items.

This page offers information on both burial and cremation caskets.
We carry a high quality, made-in-America line of caskets that offers a
well-made product at reasonable prices.

Wood

Our wooden caskets are made of renewable solid hardwoods, or wood products such as laminates. All are clearly identified.

Burial Caskets

Metal

The metal caskets we carry start from 20 gauge steel and progress to 18 gauge steel, stainless steel and the highest quality are made from copper or bronze.

Natural Burial Options

We also offer biodegradable caskets for Natural Burial (also called "Green Burial"). Construction of these quality caskets ranges from unvarnished wood to woven sea grass.

Combustible Cremation Containers

We carry a range of special caskets made specifically for cremation. Please note that the crematory requires the use of a combustible cremation container to enable the dignified transportation of the deceased and to facilitate the cremation process itself. Here are some of the cremation caskets we offer. You also have the option of supplying your own cremation container. Please note that many of these cremation caskets can also be used for Natural Burial
